As "Innovation" is one of our 10 point judging criteria, every product entered into this year's awards is automatically considered for the Innovation of the Year award. Throughout judging, the panel decide which products are put forward for an additional round of judging, and then a specially curated panel chaired by Charles Banks, Director and Co-Founder of thefoodeople, re-assesses each product to put together a Shortlist and ultimately which one is crowned Innovation of the Year! 

Congratulations to all this year's finalists! The winner(s) will be revealed at our awards event on Tuesday 10 November at London's Hilton Bankside.
