Hard Cheese
Firm and aged cheeses such as cheddar, parmesan, or similar styles, sold in blocks, slices, grated, or portioned formats.
Soft Cheese
Soft and fresh cheeses including cream cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, brie, and similar spreadable or soft-ripened varieties.
Yogurt
Chilled dairy or dairy-alternative yogurt products including natural, flavoured and Greek-style. Excludes kefir.
Butter & Dairy Spreads
All dairy butter products including salted, unsalted, cultured, flavoured or specialty butters and spreadable dairy-based products including butter blends and dairy spreads.
Milk
Fresh or ambient dairy milk including whole, low-fat, flavoured or speciality milks. Excludes kefir.
Speciality Cheese
Premium, regional, flavoured, or artisan cheeses not classified as standard hard or soft cheeses.
