Bacon products sold as bacon rashers, smoked and unsmoked - does not include gammon

Beef products e.g. beef joints, diced beef, prepared beef cuts, steaks

Any burger of any flavour or meat type e.g. chicken burger, beef burger with cheese topping, lamb burger

Game meats and birds e.g. duck, pheasant, venison, rabbit

Lamb products e.g. lamb joints or prepared lamb cuts

Meatballs, kofta or mince of any meat type e.g. chicken mince, beef meatballs, lamb kebabs

Pork products e.g. pork joints or prepared pork cuts. Includes Gammon

Poultry products e.g. chicken, turkey, goose. Does not include poultry sausages or burgers. Whether plain, seasoned, marinated or with an accompanying sauce, including roast in the bag. If it is breaded or in pastry – see ‘Ready to Cook Meat’.
