The product was developed for Costa coffee shop to showcase a very luxurious and indulgent cake for the Christmas time of the year, trends and customer feedback was instrumental to deliver a product using the flavours that were chosen. A thoroughly decadent Shimmering Christmas themed Bundt Cake which uses a Chocolate Hazelnut sponge that is entwined with a Salted Caramel sponge to give a highly visual marble style cake, the luxurious white chocolate frosting which again is hand applied completely enrobes, decorated with a scattering of Chocolate pine needles with a sprinkling of shimmering gold glitter and hand placed hazelnuts around the top.
