From the heart of the North Rhine Westphalia our smoky German Salami is seasoned with pepper and garlic, then naturally beechwood smoked and slowly matured for a soft, delicate flavour. Paired with undeniably moreish and characterful medium mature, creamy cheddar with it’s smooth texture & snackable mini toasts which are oven baked for long-lasting crispness and crunch.

Bodega's Smoky Salami is a versatile snack; it can be enjoyed as a quick light lunch alternative to a sandwich, or for eating whilst out and about on the go; equally it is a real treat in the evening paired with a cool beer or chilled glass wine.
