Who can enter the prize draw?
To enter this prize draw you must be over the age of 18 years old and a UK resident. Proof of age may be required.
By submitting an entry to this prize draw you are agreeing to be bound to these Terms & Conditions.
There is no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw and no cost to enter.
Deadline
Entries are open from 2pm on Thursday 21st December 2023 and close at midnight on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
Entries received after midnight on Tuesday 2nd January will not be accepted or entered into the draw.
How to enter
To enter this prize draw you must complete all mandatory fields on the form on this web page and submit the form successfully.
There is a limit of one entry per person. If you enter multiple times the additional entries will not be entered into the draw.
The Quality Food Awards / emap accept no responsibility for entries that are lost as a result of a technical malfunction, failed internet connection or equipment failure.
The Quality Food Awards / emap reserve the right to exclude any entries that are false or incomplete.
The prize
The prize for this competition is a KitchenAid Mixer Tilt-Head 4.8L Artisan Mixer. You will be given a choice of colours but the promoter cannot guarantee that you will receive the product in your choice of colour.
The prize will be delivered to the address submitted in your entry unless you request otherwise. The prize can only be delivered to a UK address.
Delivery of the prize is included.
Any additional expenses, such as travel to the address to collect the prize, are not included in the prize.
The prize is subject to availability. This prize is non-transferable and not refundable. There is not a cash alternative.
In the event that the product is out of stock, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the item with a different item of the same value.
Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random from entries submitted that answered the question correctly (who won the 2023 Christmas Retailer of the Year in this year's Quality Food Awards) successfully through the form on this web page.
The first name and town/city of the winner will be available, on request, until 31st January 2023.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details submitted in their entry on the form on this page.
The winner will be required to respond within 30 days of being contacted confirming acceptance of the prize. If we do not receive confirmation within 30 days of the initial contact with the winner then an alternative winner will be selected at random and the same rules will apply.
