Foodservice Product of the Year: Amanda 555 Salmon Roulade

Our esteemed panel of judges were really impressed with this product, and liked the fact waste salmon particles are used in the production of this product, and therefore tackling food waste, and that it could be used for a number of different dishes such as pasta, wellingtons, roulade and fish pies.

The 555 Salmon Roulade has a very clean ingredient desk, and an interesting use of green tea as a preservative, and high fish content. It has a long shelf life and is good value for money.

Foodservice Product of the Year Runner Up: Brakes Shredded Mushroom Meat

Our judges were very complimentary of this product, highlighting the versatility and how it could be used for many dishes such as vegan tacos, sandwiches and pasta dishes. Unlike many other plant-based meat alternatives, this product has a very clean ingredients list with a meaty texture and rich flavour.
