Delice de France unveils its Spring/Summer 2025 range, featuring 42 new products including pastries, breads, and drinks. The catalogue emphasises flavour trends and partnerships, catering to the evolving needs of trade partners and food businesses with innovative offerings for diverse cuisines.
Delice de France, a supplier of bread, bakery items, and food to go, has announced the launch of 42 new products as part of its Spring/Summer 2025 range. This significant expansion introduces a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and drinks that reflect current flavour trends and culinary delights from emerging world cuisines.
The new product line is now available for order on Delice de France's website and is detailed in a freshly published catalogue, which highlights key sellers among the company's extensive product range of 1,500 items. The catalogue underscores the company's partnerships with other suppliers, including Batch Organics, which provided smoothies and shakes introduced last year, and Modern Standard coffee, forming a core element of Delice's new Café Delice hot drinks concept designed for use in both retail and foodservice environments.
Thierry Cacaly, the CEO of Delice de France, stated, “The launch of our Spring/Summer catalogue is an important milestone for us every year in our ambition to support our trade partners with innovative, quality products that can help them drive their businesses forwards." He went on to emphasise that the catalogue serves as a platform to ensure that the range meets the evolving needs of the trade, with a keen focus on adding strategically crucial products within key growth areas.
In an effort to broaden its offerings in world cuisines, Delice de France is introducing a new selection of Continental savouries, which includes a Greek line comprising three Filo Pastry Rolls in Spinach & Feta, Chicken, and Chicken & BBQ Sauce flavours, alongside a Spinach & Cheese Filo Swirl. Additionally, the company is bringing in a trio of traditional Pastel de Nata from Portugal, which are available in Original, Salted Caramel, and Apple varieties.
As part of its sweet offerings, Delice de France is introducing a premium Pistachio Filled Doughnut and Churros. Notably, Cacaly noted that “Cardamom is set to be one of the biggest sweet flavour trends in bakery this year,” and the company aims to capitalise on this trend by launching a Cardamom Knot alongside Wild Berry and Cinnamon Knots, the latter having seen a remarkable 38 per cent increase in sales in the previous year. Completing the new viennoiserie range is the Pain Suiss au Raisins, following the popularity of the Pain Suiss au Chocolat, which was the brand’s second-best-selling new product last year, just behind its Khobez flatbreads.
Delice de France is also expanding its collaboration with Batch Organics, further enhancing its smoothie range with new flavours including Organic Acai & Berries, Organic Greens & Pineapple, and Organic Mango & Coconut, in addition to a newly introduced Organic Cacao & Banana shake.
Addressing its commitment to artisan bread production, Delice de France has added a trio of sourdough baguettes to its offering, featuring Rustic Stone, Ancient Grains, and Farmhouse with Rye varieties, which reflect the company's dedication to high-quality ingredients. Two new Breadsticks in Kalamata Olive & Sun-Dried Tomato and Cheese, Garlic & Mixed Herb flavourings have also been added, catering to food operators seeking unique offerings.
Furthermore, Delice de France is enhancing its Sourdough collection with new White Sliced and Malted Sliced breads. Another notable addition is a line of six new Kingsmill Professional loaves, designed to provide customers with cost-effective options. These new loaves are available in Soft White, 50/50, and Tasty Wholemeal, offered in both Medium and Thick varieties.
Cacaly concluded, “Our Spring/Summer 2025 catalogue showcases the breadth of our range. Whether it’s bread, pastries, hot drinks, smoothies or sweet treats, we have a solution for any food business.”
