Congratulations to Ambry Foods for winning Small Producer of the Year 2023!

Our judges were blown away by the quality of their Free-Range Turkey Bacon; they were complimentary of every aspect of the product including the packaging, texture, ingredients list and, of course, flavour.

“This product has premium packaging and the flavour is lovely and doesn’t feel like a compromise from standard bacon. The colour is lovely and pink and it cooked evenly and well. It has a short, clean ingredient list and would make a brilliant bacon sandwich.”

Run by Norfolk-based chef Elliot Bloomfield, Ambry is a food brand based on a small free-range poultry farm in Norfolk. 

Ambry's Free-Range Turkey Bacon is made from cured, smoked turkey thighs and offers a healthier alternative to pork bacon. It is available to purchase from various retail outlets across Norfolk.
