Chilled Fish

Any fish that has not been prepared beyond basic filleting, and needs to be cooked at home e.g. salmon fillets, cod loins, tuna steak

Fish that has been processed beyond basic filleting e.g. fillets in breadcrumbs; goujons; fishcakes; pre-cooked fish. For fish with accompanying sauces, see "Ready to Cook".
