Salad

One of the most favoured varieties, Piccolo offers an intense flavour with an intense sugar acidity balance. The crispness of the bite bursts the fruit open onto the palate giving an instant appealing taste. The consistency of flavour throughout the vine is achieved by careful hand pruning by a team of dedicated staff trained to prune at the ideal time. The product is regularly harvested over a 7 day weekly cycle, this ensures that perfection is achieved, and under ripe vines are left to fully mature on the plant with the confidence of the grower that they will be picked on the correct day. They are a fantastic addition to salads and are popular with children.

What makes our Extra Special steak so special is that our Ribeye steak is aged for 30 days - these have been dry aged for 21 days on the bone, before then being matured for a further 9 days for the perfect balance of succulence and flavour. The Ribeye steak is considered one of the tastiest and most elegantly flavoured of steaks. The special appeal of the Ribeye steak is that it has a rich marbling of fat throughout which melts away.

Our tender and full-flavoured Extra Special Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Steaks are procured from registered pedigree Aberdeen Angus bulls. What makes our Extra Special steak so special is that our Sirloin steak is aged for 30 days, these have been dry aged for 21 days on the bone, before then being matured for a further 9 days for the perfect balance of succulence and flavour. These two Christmas Aberdeen Angus 30 day matured Beef sirloin steaks are lean, succulent, and rich in flavour. They have been dry aged for 21 days on the bone and matured for a further 9 days for extra succulence and flavour. They are offered with the ultimate festive Béarnaise flavoured butter star that has been blended with chopped tarragon, diced shallots, cracked black pepper and sea salt for a rich herby flavour. A fresh sprig of Rosemary is added for extra herby flavours during cooking process making this steak the perfect festive treat.

As consumers increasingly seek more complexity, variety and quality from retailer steak offerings this British sirloin steak looks to entice discerning customers with an Italian influenced profile. Expertly matured to 28 days for optimum succulence and flavour, the steaks are paired with an aromatic thyme and nutty parmesan butter to spoon over the sizzling beef for an indulgent treat. This is a frozen microwavable meal, but not as you know it. We have developed a gluten free pastry that can be microwaved in only a few minutes. The product was originally developed for foodservice, and was ready to transform the industry by providing quick cooking times and reduced wastage. Due to the timing of the pandemic we had to shift our focus and instead we ended up selling it directly to retail customers from our website. We were overwhelmed by the support we received by both customers looking for gluten free options and people who like the convenience of the quick cooking times. This pie is one of our best sellers.

Made in a Brick-lined Italian Wood Fired Oven with a sourdough base (topped with mozzarella, Buffalo mozzarella, marinated cherry tomatoes and basil pesto)

This pizza was inspired by Detroit street food pizzerias in America. The stonebaked sourdough base has been allowed to rise to create that characteristic light and fluffy Detroit style base. We then topped it with America's most iconic fast food, the cheese burger. The pizza has three types of cheese; stringy mozzarella, rich Cheddar and bright Red Leicester cheeses to mimic the iconic cheese pull as well as chopped beef burger, diced gherkins, fried onions and a mustard mayo sachet to bring the product to life.

We start with our 75-year-old mother dough that originated in Italy, that gives our pizza the same delicious taste and texture of real Neapolitan pizza. In our dough we use premium 00 grade flour and extra virgin olive oil which is slowly fermented for 24 hours, the dough is hand- stretched and baked by open flames in a real wood- fired oven. Our authentic sourdough base is layered with an indulgent velvety smooth creamy béchamel sauce topped with fresh mozzarella cheese, pulled British chicken breast marinated in garlic and herbs, tangy sweet Sun blushed jewel yellow tomatoes and our rich aromatic pine nut basil pesto.

The crust of this pizza is made with a dough that is rested for 24-hours then hot stretched using exclusive technology that preserves the crispiness of the base. Our products are cooked in a wood fired oven, on lavic stones from Etna volcano, like the traditional ancient ovens. This stone is very important because it is a very porous rock, that can retain and spread the heat inside the oven in the best possible way, ensuring uniform cooking and crunchiness to the pizza. It is then hand finished with high quality Italian ingredients.

Smoked Cherrywood Bacon & Cheddar Quiche. 

This delicious quiche is filled with a rich and creamy aged cheddar and pecorino custard with just a hint of nutmeg, baked in a golden butter enriched pastry case. Hand topped with a mix of slow roasted and cherry tomatoes, tossed in a basil pesto and finished with a crunchy aromatic basil and pecorino crumb. This quiche can be enjoyed both hot and cold so it is the perfect addition to your picnic basket this year.

The butternut squash open ravioli is a reimagining of an Italian classic. Free rage pasta sheets are hand rolled to encase a delicious blend of Pecorino, Mascarpone, seasoned Butternut Squash and roasted Garlic. This is combined with a flavoursome tomato and garlic sauce and an indulgent butter sauce made with British double cream, mascarpone and sage. The dish is topped with more roasted butternut squash, pumpkin seeds for texture and of course, more cheese! This is Italian vegetarian goodness without the compromise.

Our British Chicken Mini Fillets are tumbled in Nduja, a traditionally Italian pork sausage meat, heavily spiced with chillies and smoked paprika. These spices continue through the tomato sauce and are then balanced with mozzarella cheese and a sachet of garlic aioli.
