Pantafola means slipper and is a comforting stuffed Italian bread. Our Morrisons version is made with slowly fermented sponge dough for an open texture. It is hand shaped and topped with a deliciously savoury sundried tomato sauce and Cherrybell Sweet Chilli Peppers. The slight heat from the peppers is paired beautifully with the creamy mozzarella pearls, that melt into gorgeous puddles once baked. The Pantafola is hand finished with an Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh parsley & garlic dressing. It’s perfect on its own, as a starter or paired with a selection of antipasti for a weekend treat at home.
