Artisan Focaccia bread made with a long fermented dough (biga) 24 hours fermenting. Baked on Hot Lava stones, so it's stone-baked. Barbers cheddar, marinated red onion, lemon & cracked black pepper. Simple, delicious, restaurant-quality. As above but this time using pesto (nut-free), mozzarella and sun dried tomato. You do not need lots of ingredients to make a great product, the simpler the better, but make the ingredients good to start with. Other than M&S, there is NO comparison except artisan bakeries.
