Please note that categories have been grouped by A-Z. Category definitions have been provided to help you select the right place for your product to be entered.
To enter, click on the category that is the best fit for your product and you will be taken to the online entry form. You will be able to enter multiple categories within one entry.
Standard entry fee per product: £449 Early Bird / £469 normal price
Small Producer entry fee (for businesses with fewer than 10 staff and annual sales under £1million): £79 per entry
Medium Producer entry fee (for businesses with annual sales over £1million and under £3million): £189+VAT
Early Bird discount ends midnight Monday 14 April 2025
This discount will be automatically applied to all entries submitted before this deadline
Please note the Early Bird discount cannot be used in conjunction with either the Small Producer or Medium Producer discounts.

Any seasonal dairy product used at Christmas e.g. brandy butter, spiced double cream, festive
flavoured ice cream. Excludes Cheese

Products that are sold on the delicatessen shelves or counter specifically for Christmas e.g.

Any sweet festive free from item specifically created and marketed to exclude at least one of the

biscuits, gluten free mince pies
