This beautiful orange flavoured sponge is layered with rich chocolate orange flavoured frosting, and topped with tangy orange flavoured jelly and chocolate ganache. The judges loved the soft and airy sponge, and the indulgent feeling of the cake.

a great vegan product.

This cake is packed full of fruit, with nice marzipan flavour coming through. The judges liked the
decoration, the pattern and the glitter in the icing, praising the value for money.

suggestions of many different uses, drizzled on desserts or over ice cream, a wonderfully

This is an innovative product, lovely presentation with a simple and clear label. The judges
liked the amount of cherries, and the crunch from the hazelnuts and almonds. The nougat
has a lovely provenance story, and offers great value.
